My operational foundation was forged in Tier 2 Technical Support (ISP Level), handling critical L2/L3 network incidents under strict SLAs. This gave me a unique perspective on system reliability: I don’t just “configure” software; I treat infrastructure as a rigorous engineering discipline where security and resilience are built-in from day one.

Currently, I am executing an 11-Phase SRE Roadmap, managing a bare-metal edge cluster, and deploying automated AWS Cloud architectures. I am passionate about Infrastructure as Code, Zero Trust Networks, automation, and continuous technical growth.
